Online Courses
If you cancel:
We want to make your decision to pursue an online course on this website as easy and risk-free as possible. For that reason, we offer from the time of activation of your course after purchase, a 14-day money-back guarantee on the price you paid for the online course, such as “Become an A Player”.
Access to Course:
If you choose to ask for a refund after 14 days your access to the course will be withdrawn once the refund is processed successfully.
You can purchase the course at a later date anytime at the price available when you are ready.
Monthly and Yearly Memberships
Monthly and Yearly Memberships are subscription-based services. The amount for this membership will be charged on a recurring basis. For a monthly membership, you will be charged an amount every month you continue with an active subscription. For Yearly membership, you will be charged an amount every year you continue with an active subscription. The price of the membership will be as per the price quoted to you at the time of sales.
If you cancel in the first 30 days:

If you cancel a monthly membership after the first 30 days are over:
We will cancel your active subscription so that you will not be charged for the next cycle of membership. You can continue using your subscription for the time you have already paid for the membership.
If you cancel a yearly membership after the first 30 days are over:
We will cancel your active subscription so that you will not be charged for the next cycle of membership. You can continue using your subscription for the time you have already paid for the membership.
Subscription Access:
If you cancel your membership then your subscription will remain active till the time you have already paid for the membership. In the case of monthly membership, it will remain active till the next month when the payment is due. In the case of a yearly membership, it will remain active till the next year when the payment is due.
Once your membership term is over your subscription will be deactivated and you will not be able to access any content or material available as part of the membership.
WORKSHOPS
Workshops are live training events of one or more days depending on the type of workshops offered.
If you choose to cancel your confirmed registration, or cannot attend the workshop, then the following policy will apply to you depending on the actions you take.
Full Refund: If you cancel 72 hours before the start of the workshop then you will get back the entire amount you have paid as a refund towards the payment you have made for the workshop.
Substitute Someone: You can gift this workshop to someone else in your place in case you are not able to attend and the refund window has expired.
Credit to Next Workshop: In case you did not cancel 72 hours before the workshop scheduled date and you know you cannot attend the workshop on the scheduled date then you can get credit towards the same workshop happening at a later date. If you don’t attend again then you will forfeit your credit and also the money you paid for the workshop. You have to inform before the start of the workshop that you will not be able to attend by replying to the email related to the workshop.
No Refunds: If you don’t attend the workshop and the workshop is conducted on the scheduled day and time then you will not get any refund or credit under any circumstances.
INDIVIDUAL & GROUP COACHING SESSIONS
Personalized client agreements will be drawn up prior to individual or group coaching sessions. However, if a cancellation or change of time needs to take place, please be aware it is your (the Client’s) responsibility to notify the Coach at least 24 hours (1 day) in advance of the scheduled call/meeting.
The Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the meeting. The Coach reserves the right to bill the Client for a missed meeting.
If the Coach needs to reschedule a call/meeting, they will notify the Client with as much notice as is possible.
Additionally, either the Client or the Coach may terminate the Coaching Agreement at any time with 1 week’s written notice. The client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship.
One on One Counselling Sessions:
Full Refund
If you made a payment and choose to cancel before the counseling session has been scheduled then you will get a full refund.
No Refund
Once the coaching session has been scheduled there will be no refund if you do not show up for the session on the agreed date and time.
Credit towards Next Session
In case for some reason, you cannot make it to the scheduled session and you can inform in time then you can get a credit for one session and that can use for a counseling session on the next available date and time.
