The biggest challenge every job seeker faces is no response to their applications online.
In 2015, I lost a job in 45 days.
I had quit my job in a company that I was working since 2008. But even before my notice period here was over I found another job.
It was a startup company from India that wanted to expand their offices in Sydney, Australia.
I was delighted.
I had a job in hand without going through the struggle of finding a job online.
The offer was good. The company looked progressive. My roles and responsibilities were such that this looked like a dream job to me.
I was very happy. So happy that I didn't take any break when changing from one company to another.
I immediately joined this new company as soon as my notice period in the previous company was over.
After 45 days, I went to my boss asking for my salary. But he said, "Amit, I don't want to continue." There was no explanation on his part and I did not ask for any.
That was a big blow.
I was in a foreign land, with family, with no job, and no money in the bank. Over that I had never imagined such a situation in my life. Losing a job in 45 days.
Because this never happened to me since the time I started working in 1995. I always had a job in hand or knew about the jobs that I would be able to get. And in India, I could use a lot of connections.
But this was different. I was in Sydney, I had very few connections. I was searching for a job after 7 years. And my total experience was 19+ years.
I thought only way to find a job is online.
I sent out 400 applications in 90 days. I received only 2 or 3 calls but not a single job.
That is when I saw a job on LinkedIn that someone had posted on his timeline. I called him immediately because I knew him. And with one interview I got a job that was never published online.
This position was a hidden job.
Recently someone asked me, "Amit, how can I find a job when I am not getting shortlisted anywhere." I told him to use the referral approach. He tried that and he immediately got a job in few days.
So I decided to do this workshop to help you with the same approach if your resume is not getting picked.

Full Refund : If you cancel 24 hours before the start of the workshop on 18 DEC 2021 2:45 PM IST then you will get back Rs 495 as refund towards the payment you have made for the workshop.
Substitute Someone : You can gift this workshop to someone else in your place in case you are not able to attend and the refund window has expired.
Credit to Next Workshop : In case you did not cancel 24 hours before the workshop on 27 Feb 2021 3:15 PM IST and you know you cannot attend the workshop on 18 DEC 2021 2:45 PM IST then you can get credit towards the same workshop happening at a later date. If you don't attend again then you will forfeit your credit and also the money you paid for the workshop. You have to inform before start of the workshop that you will not be able to attend by replying to the email related to the workshop.
No Refunds : If you don't attend the workshop and the workshop is conducted on the scheduled day and time on 18 DEC 2021 2:45 PM IST then you will not get any refund or credit under any circumstances.
