Just after completing my engineering in 1995, I was completely disillusioned. I simply wanted a job. And I wanted to make a good career by working hard.
But according to the pundits back then I did not have the right marks from a tier-1 college so I had no chance of finding a job.

About Amit Patel
Amit Patel has 23+ years of experience in software industry. He started his career as Customer Support Engineer where he got four promotions in a row to become Regional Customer Support Manager within 18 months.
Later he started his own software development company in 1997 along with friends. In 2008 he quit his own company to join the corporate culture as a Senior Manager. He has the experience of managing multiple teams of highly skilled engineers for multiple locations and has served as Head of India Operations as well as Director of Software Engineering for CRM Product based MNC Company headquartered in US.
Since 2017 he quit his regular job to become a speaker, mentor and coach for professionals in the software industry. As a speaker he has delivered his keynote address "Becoming an Entrepreneur" at various colleges and startup events.
